Now living a gluten-free lifestyle, it is important to them to have a product that performs well and tastes great. After experimenting with many ingredients, a blend of premium, natural flours and starches was developed, all of which are both gluten – free and dairy-free. Natural Directions Gluten-Free Flour Blend is specifically formulated for pancakes, waffles, and your favorite desserts and treats. This blend can be substituted cup for cup, in just about any recipe calling for wheat flour.
Our flour is processed in a certified gluten-free facility on a dedicated allergen free line. No dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, or peanuts. All ingredients are from Non – GMO sources.
