Classic Lemon Garlic Hummus
Makes 2¼ Cups
  1. In a blender or food processor, place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, water, lemon juice.
  2. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add salt and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered for 1-2 hours before serving.
  6. Store refrigerated in a covered bowl for up to 7 days.
- Serve topped with fresh cilantro or parsley sprigs, or blend the cilantro or parsley into the hummus.
- Serve hummus with sliced vegetables and variety of crackers or pita bread.
