Gluten Free Banana Bread Squares
Serves: 12
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl beat together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla and mix until well blended.
  4. In a medium bowl blend gluten free flour mix, salt and baking soda.
  5. Add half of the flour mixture to the sugar mixture then half the sour cream and blend. Then add the remaining flour mixture and the remaining sour cream and blend.
  6. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely. Cut into 12 squares and serve.
- Optional: add in 1 cup any variety of chopped nuts.
