Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves: 60
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine gluten free flour blend, baking soda, and salt.
  3. NOTE: For a more moist cookie, add the oatmeal.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars together until fluffy.
  5. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well.
  6. Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture.
  7. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
  8. Drop a heaping teaspoon of dough 2” apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375oF.
  10. Remove from oven. Let cookies cool slightly on cookie sheet, then place on cooling rack.
