Gluten-free Pancake and Waffle Recipe

  1. Mix eggs, vegetable oil, and milk together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Gluten-Free Flour Blend, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
  3. Combine dry ingredients with milk mixture and stir until lumps are gone; batter will thicken as you mix. Additional liquid can be added if desired.
