Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette


Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette
Makes 1 Cup
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine tahini and olive oil. Stir briskly, or whisk until combined.
  2. Add lemon juice, water, ginger, agave nectar, and pepper.
  3. Stir briskly or whisk until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate, covered until chilled. Serve.
  5. Store refrigerated in a covered bowl or jar with lid for up to three weeks.
  6. Tips
  7. - Use as a fresh dressing for a fruit or vegetable salad, pouring over apples, celery, raisins.
  8. - Use as a dip for fresh sliced apples, celery, carrots, and red or yellow bell peppers.
  9. - Use as a dressing for a cabbage slaw.
  10. - Pair with multi-grain crackers.
