Make-Ahead Oatmeal Cups
Serves: 4
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 ½ cups almond milk to a boil.
  2. Stir in quick oats. Boil for one minute, stir occasionally.
  3. Cover; remove from heat. After a few minutes, stir.
  4. Scoop oatmeal into four microwave safe cups.
  5. Cover cups; refrigerate overnight, until ready to serve.
  6. Place oatmeal cup in microwave; heat for 1 minute.
  7. Pour ¼ cup Almond Milk over warmed oatmeal.
  8. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon Blue Agave Nectar and ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon.
  9. Serve immediately.
- Oatmeal cups can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator, covered, for up to three days until re-heated.
- You can also top the oatmeal with a large dollop of Natural Directions Apple Sauce.
