- 16 ounces Natural Directions Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Natural Directions Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 cups Fresh Spinach, rinsed
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained and sliced
- 4 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet and sauté spinach in pan until wilted. Add chicken, garlic, basil and sun dried tomatoes and sauté until heated through.
- Combine pasta with chicken mixture. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with Feta cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving bowl and serve warm.
