Pumpkin Spice Hummus
Makes 2 Cups
  1. In a blender or food processer, place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, agave nectar, salt, and spices. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  4. Adjust thickness with a few drops of water, if needed, and adjust seasonings to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered for 1-2 hours before serving.
  6. Store refrigerated in a covered bowl for up to 7 days.
- Serve pumpkin spice hummus with fresh apple slices, carrot sticks, or celery.
- Spread on lightly salted rice cakes, pita bread, or crackers.
