Tangy Mustard Vinaigrette
Makes 1½ Cups
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Blend with a wire whisk, or stir briskly with a fork.
  2. Add agave nectar, mustard, and spices. Whisk, or stir briskly until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
  4. Store refrigerated in a covered bowl or a jar with lid for up to three weeks.
- Use Tangy Mustard Vinaigrette over a leafy green salad. Add options such as feta cheese, chopped smoked almonds, sliced deli ham or turkey, or tangy fruits such as Mandarin oranges.
