Zesty Sriracha Chili Hummus
Makes 1-1/2 Cups
  1. In a blender or food processer, place garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until well combined and smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.
  3. Add garlic, salt, spices and sriracha sauce. Blend.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for 1-2 hours before serving.
  6. Store refrigerated in a covered bowl for up to 7 days.
-Serve hummus in a bowl, with a platter filled with sliced vegetables, sliced pita bread, or a variety of crackers.
